Schedule Your Free Home Assessment
A Lasting Finish specialist visits your home to evaluate the condition of your interior and exterior paint and finishes. We document areas of concern, identify what needs attention now, and establish a baseline for your ongoing care plan.
The assessment typically takes 45–60 minutes and is completely free for new members. We evaluate every painted surface — walls, trim, ceilings, doors, and exterior siding — and provide a written condition report.

Based on your home's condition and your preferences, we recommend the membership tier that best fits your needs. Choose from Essential, Premier, or Elite — all with no long-term contracts.
Every plan includes scheduled visits, professional-grade materials, and our satisfaction guarantee. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your membership at any time.
Your First Visit Is Scheduled
Once you're enrolled, your first maintenance visit is scheduled and confirmed. We handle all coordination — you'll receive a reminder before each visit and a summary report after.
Our technicians arrive on time, use drop cloths and protective coverings, and leave your home exactly as they found it — just with better-looking walls.
Ongoing Scheduled Maintenance
Your membership keeps your home on a regular maintenance schedule. We proactively address wear, scuffs, chips, and finish degradation before they become costly problems.
Between visits, members can submit touch-up requests through our member portal. Priority response is included with Premier and Elite plans.
Annual Finish Health Report
Each year, we provide a comprehensive Finish Health Report documenting the condition of your home's surfaces, work completed, and recommendations for the year ahead.
This report is yours to keep and is especially valuable when selling your home — it demonstrates a documented history of professional maintenance care.
