What Is Not Included
- Full-room or full-wall repainting
- Complete interior or exterior repaints
- Major drywall or structural repairs
- Large holes or extensive surface damage
- Water, mold, or moisture remediation
- Emergency or unscheduled repair services
- Work beyond the selected plan benefits or remaining annual labor hours
