What Is the Loyalty & Warranty Program?
The Lasting Finish Loyalty & Warranty Program is an optional $9.99 per month add-on available to active Lasting Finish paint-care members. The program is designed to reward long-term customers who consistently maintain their home through Lasting Finish. After completing the required 12-month qualification period and remaining in good standing, eligible members may receive additional loyalty and warranty benefits designed to help protect their home's painted surfaces and the investment they have made in their property.

The Loyalty & Warranty Program is available to active Lasting Finish paint-care members who maintain the optional $9.99/month Loyalty & Warranty add-on and complete the required 12-month qualification period.

- Membership and add-on must remain active and in good standing to receive and continue receiving program benefits.

What's Included
The following benefits become available to eligible members after completing the required 12-month qualification period, provided membership and the Loyalty & Warranty add-on remain active and in good standing.
30% Off One Room Painting
Eligible members receive 30% off the labor cost to professionally paint one qualifying room of their choice. Customer supplies the paint. Terms and limitations apply.
Discounted Exterior Paint-Condition Inspections
Eligible members receive discounted pricing on exterior paint-condition inspections to help identify areas of concern and keep the home's exterior surfaces in good condition.
Discounted Qualifying Window Caulking Services
Eligible members receive discounted pricing on qualifying window caulking services to help maintain a proper seal and protect painted surfaces around windows.
Warranty Coverage
What Does the Warranty Cover?
The Lasting Finish Loyalty & Warranty Program provides warranty coverage for qualifying paint touch-up and maintenance work performed by Lasting Finish. Coverage applies to workmanship completed by Lasting Finish under the member's active plan and is subject to program terms and limitations.
The program does not cover normal wear and tear, structural movement, water or moisture damage, substrate failure, pre-existing conditions, customer-caused damage, or damage caused by outside factors.
Through ongoing maintenance visits, the program is designed to help identify paint and caulking concerns early — keeping the home's surfaces in good condition and helping prevent minor issues from becoming more costly repairs.
Terms & Limitations
Program Terms
The following conditions apply to all program benefits. Membership and the $9.99/month Loyalty & Warranty add-on must remain active and in good standing to access and retain program benefits.
- The 12-month qualification period applies to loyalty benefits, including the 30% one-room painting discount, discounted exterior paint-condition inspections, and discounted qualifying window caulking services. These benefits become available only after the required 12-month qualification period has been completed with membership and the Loyalty & Warranty add-on continuously active and in good standing. Warranty coverage for qualifying workmanship performed by Lasting Finish is governed by the applicable warranty terms.
- The 30% discount applies to labor costs only for one qualifying room of the member's choice and may be redeemed once during each 12-month membership period following the initial 12-month qualification period. The membership and Loyalty & Warranty add-on must remain continuously active and in good standing to redeem this benefit. Customer is responsible for supplying all paint. Room eligibility, size limitations, and scheduling are subject to program terms.
- Discounted exterior paint-condition inspections and discounted qualifying window caulking services are subject to scheduling availability and program coverage terms.
- Additional repairs, materials, specialty finishes, extensive surface preparation, and services outside program coverage are not included and may be quoted separately.
- Program benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled member's primary service address. Benefits have no cash value and may not be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
